• We will offer standardized Point-of-Sale and Bar Code systems to all merchants at discounted prices through our volume purchasing capabilities.

• Useful sales and service training programs for both managers and associates will be offered.

• To ensure the highest level of quality for our guests, ongoing strategy development will be available to all lessees.

• Standardized nametags for all corporate and lessee employees will be provided.

• Our procurement office will create a standardized uniform program and assist merchants in getting the lowest possible prices on all attire.

• A complete health benefits package will be available to all lessee employees.

• To protect the visual integrity of all Island operations, a consistent signage program will be developed.

• We will provide a high level of maintenance and sanitation services on the Island day in and day out.

• Together, we will generate 2.1 million visitors to Belle Island Village who will each receive the highest level of guest excellence and hospitality.
